Management Team

Samad Wahedi

Samad Wahedi is Chief Executive Officer for SnapFlow and is responsible for the strategic vision and leadership of the company.  In 2007 Samad founded SnapFlow (formerly MyProcess) with a vision to bring workflow to the masses.  Samad has 12 years of management experience at online self-service technology companies including Velosel, InsWeb, Live365.com, and Corillian.  Prior to SnapFlow, he founded Directquality in 2002, an IT managed service company, which he sold in 2006. 

Gopinath Dhanakodi

Gopinath is Vice President of Engineering for SnapFlow and is responsible for the engineering activities of the company.  As part of the founding team, Gopinath joined SnapFlow with over 18 years of engineering experience for companies including Ensequence and Rotor, bringing an extensive understanding of architecting, developing and managing applications.  Prior to Snapflow, he directed Product Development for a large offshore team at Serena.

Jane Ullman

Jane has more than 25 years experience in finance, operations and investment banking. Prior to SnapFlow, Jane was CFO of ShiftWise, a software as a service (SaaS) company in the healthcare field. She has advised public and private software companies on fundraising, financial management, and M&A opportunities. She was CFO of RuleSpace, a content management software company, and was an investment banker with the International Finance Corporation (World Bank) where she structured and negotiated financing for companies in a wide variety of industries. Jane has also worked for Dole Foods and The North Face. She holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt.

Marc Dooley

Marc is a polished, results-driven professional with proven history of success.  He has successfully served in roles as Vice President and General Manager for the following companies; GE, RCM, IKON, and Ideate.  Marc has also acted as Global Account Manager, Program and Engagement Manager for the following customers; Interactive Corp, Pfizer, GE/NBC and Sony/Universal Music Group.

Mitchell Hill

Mitchell is an Advisor to the Management Team at SnapFlow. Mitch was the founding CEO of Avanade – a technology services firm that is a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft from 2000 to 2008.  From 1980 to 2000 Mitch was a consultant, partner and managing partner at Accenture in the electronics and high technology industry.

William Glasgow

Will is an Advisor to the Management Team at SnapFlow.  Will is the Chief Restructuring Officer at AIG.  Prior to AIG, he held a variety of executive roles including Principal at ScanlanKemperBard, CEO of PacificCorp Financial Services, CFO at PacifiCorp, President of NERCO, CEO of BCN Data Systems, and as a Venture Capitalist with Madrona Venture Group.

Raymond King

Raymond is an Advisor to the Management Team at SnapFlow.  Raymond is the Chief Executive Officer of AboutUs.org.  Prior to AboutUs.org, Raymond founded and was CEO of SnapNames and was CEO of Semaphore.
